1. About Airity

2. No Medical Advice

Airity provides breathwork content for general wellness only and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any breathing practice and stop immediately if you feel unwell. Not for emergencies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Airity and any related services.

4. Subscriptions (iOS In‑App Purchases)

  • Airity offers in‑app subscriptions on iOS via Apple’s App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your full payment details.
  • Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to the period end for the next term.
  • Manage or cancel: Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to manage or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
  • Refunds: Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple per their policies.
  • Entitlements: Subscription status and access are managed through RevenueCat and Apple’s systems.

5. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content and features may change at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airity disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date above and post changes on this page.
